On Tuesday around 12:15 pm , Detectives, patrol officers and
a number of police officers working construction details nearby worked together
to apprehend two males who broke into a residence on Francella Rd.
An alert postal carrier contacted police to
report he had encountered two male subjects trying to break into a home. The
subjects had fled the house when confronted by the mail carrier.
The first suspect was located by Detective Lt. Michael Pappalardo
nearby while the second male was located by Detective Keith Frost and Officer
Dan O’Connell.
As a result of the investigation and witness statements, the
two suspects (age 17 and 19) were placed under arrest.
