Record Transfer Services, a supposed
company out of Westlake Village, California is soliciting unsuspected
homeowners into buying a copy of their deed for $83. Concerned
homeowners who contact the Northern Essex Registry of Deeds are being
advised that this is a scam. Homeowners can access the Registry of
Deed's website, a homeowner can print a copy of his/her deed for FREE!
