With the summer nights and warm weather brings criminals out of
hibernation. Motor vehicle breakers are looking for the quick and easy
grab. Here are 5 tips to help keeping your valuables safe.
1.) DON'T leave valuables in your vehicle!
2.) LOCK all doors and ROLL up all windows
3.) SET car alarms
4.) What they can't see won't tempt them! Do not leave items in PLAIN
VIEW. This includes loose change, cell phones, ipods, GPS Units, purses,
backpacks, recent purchases, laptops, ipads or tablets, jewelry.
5.) Valuables that must be left in your vehicle, hide under seats or in
the trunk. Do so BEFORE parking at your final destination.
