All Night Parking Ban, Article V, Section
9:
No
person shall allow, permit or suffer any vehicle registered in his name, other
than one acting in an emergency, to be parked on any street for a period of
time longer than one hour between the hours of 1:00 A.M. and 6:00 A.M. of any
day from December 1 of one year to April 1 of the next year.

assist the citizens in knowing when the police department will FULLY enforce
the parking ban and when exceptions will be authorized. This
recording is updated daily.
I.
During times where there is no snow on any streets and no snow imminent,
the intent of the Methuen Police Department is to authorize exceptions to the
winter parking ban. Additionally, the official voice recording of the winter
parking ban information line will advise the public of the enforcement status.
II.
On the NIGHT OF a snow storm and those
times when snow removal operations are still active, the Winter Parking Ban
will be FULLY enforced with NO EXCEPTIONS. Specifically,
NO VEHICLES MAY BE LEFT ON THE ROADWAY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1:00 A.M.
AND 6:00 A.M.
III.
The Information Line will be updated NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM ON THE EVENING
OF THE ENFORCEMENT.
