She is part of a country wide scam that targets the elderly. The group calls random elderly people nationwide and they pose as lawyers requesting money be loaned to them to bail out their “clients." The “Lawyers” go by the name “Steven Harper” and claim they work for a company called “Legal Aid." The female in the photograph picked up approximately $2,000 that was sent from an elderly male in Texas who thought he was helping bail someone out of jail.
