last seen wearing black pants, a gray and white long sleeve shirt under a black
zippered sweatshirt, and gray and white Nike shoes. He has a small brown chin goatee. Robert is listed as 5’7 inches tall, weighs
approx. 168lbs and has a medium build. Robert usually goes by the nickname “Bobby”
and sometimes uses his middle name “David”.
