On Friday, May 01, 2015, The Methuen Police Department along with Sheriff’s from the Essex County Sheriff’s Investigations Unit conducted another warrant sweep in the City of Methuen. As a result of this sweep the following 5 subjects with warrants were arrested.
Fiordaliza Gomez was arrested at 21 Bicknell Avenue on a warrant for 2 counts of violation of a restraining order and threats to commit a crime.
Lynne Bedard was arrested at 4 Duston Drive on a warrant for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and assault and battery on a police officer.
Ernst Dorante Jr was arrested at 63 Arnold Street on a warrant for 4 counts of assault and battery and disorderly conduct.
Timothy Kerr was arrested at 19 Mystic Street, Apartment 17 on a warrant for assault and battery.
Deysha Bernabel was arrested at 19 Grove, Apartment 13 on a warrant for leaving the scene of property damage.
All of the above individuals were booked at the Methuen Police Department and then transported to Lawrence District Court.
Three other Methuen residents with warrants were found to already be in custody:
Daniel Griffin of 6 Russ Street with a warrant for OUI-liquor and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle was found to be in custody in Rhode Island since April 1st, 2015.
Cesar Jimenez of 367 Lowell Street has been in custody at the Middleton House of Correction since March 26th, 2015. He has warrants for 2 counts of possession of a firearm without an FID card, 2 counts of improper storage of a firearm, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, possession of ammunition without an FID card, possession of a class B substance with the intent to distribute, possession of a counterfeit note, OUI liquor and firearm violation with 1 prior violent/drug crime.
Michael Martinez of 49 Gaston Street has been in custody at the Hillsborough County House Of Correction in Manchester, NH since March 17th, 2015. He has warrants for disorderly conduct and city ordinance violation.
